  • Ranked in Top 20% of sales team

Selling Sales Manager

The individual in this role must possess the following skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities:

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years IT Staffing Industry or Business to Business Sales Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate and manage Sales Professionals of all experience levels
  • Desire and ability to manage and monitor sales metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as a means of driving individual activity and revenue
  • Proven ability to develop new business, drive revenue and close deals while simultaneously leading a team of Sales Professionals
  • Top Producer with demonstrated ability to generate quantifiable results
  • Ability to travel throughout the United States for client development
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
